o Continuing education; rich content, online delivery platform or the potential to move online Software
o Niche Software as a Service (“SaaS” / on-demand); or a legacy software platform with clear potential to convert to SaaS
Gaming Supplies, Equipment & Services: stationery, security, slot machines, gaming accesories, maintenance, food & beverages We do like the gaming space (prefer equipment manufacturers over actual casinos
HR Softwate or service:Administration, Benefits, Compensation and payroll, Compliance, Employee development, Hiring, Testing and screening, Training
Software, Companies that have the following characteristics would be most interesting to us:Vertically focused within an industry (market size $100mm +), Legacy (on-premise) or “SaaS” (on-demand), Management staying on or transitioning out. We have the flexibility to invest in situations where management wants to exit.
Supplier of components or services to high technology clients
IP = intellectual propert manufacturer.A company that has developed a product that no one else can manufacture and that company manufacturers themselves.
